A 3.2 magnitude earthquake hits Bahria Town Karachi, Gadap, and near Malir on May 2nd, 2024 at 5:53 PM PST. In response to the earthquake, residents of Bahria Town Karachi temporarily left their homes as a precautionary measure. Thankfully, (ALHAMDULILLAH) there are no injuries or significant damages caused by this earthquake.
Bahria Town Karachi Authorities are urging residents to stay calm and follow safety precautions as we mentioned in our Facebook post a week ago when this minor earthquake hit BTK. This includes dropping, covering, and holding under any table or desk. If you are outdoors, move away from buildings, trees, and power lines.
