This is an important update for everyone living in Bahria Town Karachi. In a recent announcement, Bahria Town Karachi has informed residents of a 20% increase in maintenance charges across its housing communities. 

Starting February 1st, 2024, the amount you pay for maintenance fees will go up. These fees are used to keep the community clean, fix things that break and maintain the parks and other facilities.

How much will the fees go up?

• Most homes and apartments will see a 20% increase in their fees.
• Businesses in Bahria Town will see a 10% increase in their fees.

Here’s an example:

• If you were paying PKR 2,000 for maintenance fees before, you might now pay around PKR 2,400 (20% more).
